This document clearly sets out all the conditions relating to platform use, account management, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming — applicable to all users.

Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account on ggb99. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a user is under 21, their account will be closed immediately and all funds in that account may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If ggb99 detects duplicate accounts, they will be closed and any earned bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information or obstructing account verification is considered a breach of these terms. ggb99 may request identity verification documents at any time, and failure to respond to such a request may result in the account being restricted.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If someone accesses your account or you suspect unauthorized access, notify the ggb99 support team immediately. ggb99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.
User Code of Conduct
All ggb99 users must strictly follow the code of conduct below to maintain a fair environment on the platform:
- No fraudulent activity, manipulation, or use of automated software (bots) is permitted on the platform.
- Using abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language toward other users or ggb99 staff is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to ggb99's systems or network is a breach of these terms and is legally punishable.
- The platform may not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Organized play aimed at exploiting the platform's bonus system, also known as "bonus hunting," is prohibited.
- Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any third party is prohibited.
In the event of a breach of any of the above rules, ggb99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and funds may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Terms
Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If funds do not appear in your account after a deposit, contact the support team within 24 hours. ggb99 reserves the right to verify any transaction.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
The standard processing time for withdrawals is 15 minutes to 2 hours. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply in addition.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on ggb99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If someone deposits ৳22,000 or more, the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000 and the total balance will be ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing it.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount — not on deposit + bonus combined. ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A promotion may be claimed only once per account.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be forfeited.
- ggb99 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ggb99 may suspend or cancel the bonus.
- In any dispute related to bonuses, ggb99's decision will be considered final.
Gaming Policy
6.1 Fair Play
All games on ggb99 are operated in a fair and impartial manner. Slots and table games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which determines every outcome in a completely random and independent way. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a system error, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, ggb99 will check the state of that game and issue a refund where applicable. ggb99 reserves the right to correct any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
6.3 Sports Betting Policy
In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless ggb99 itself cancels the match or event. If a market is suspended or cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
6.4 Maximum Win Limit
A maximum win limit may apply for certain games or promotions. These limits will be clearly stated on the relevant game or promotion page.
Security & Privacy
ggb99 gives the highest priority to the security of users' personal and financial information. All data is protected through SSL encryption technology.

- ggb99 will never ask for your password or full payment details directly.
- If anyone claims to be asking for your account details, they are not from ggb99 — notify the support team immediately.
- In the case of suspicious activity, ggb99 may temporarily suspend an account to carry out verification.

Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure by ggb99
ggb99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- If an account is opened or operated using false information.
- If required to comply with any legal obligation.
- If an account remains inactive for an extended period of time.
10.2 Closure by User
Any user may close their account at their own discretion. Please withdraw any funds in your account before closing it. Once closed, the account may be reactivated, but this will be at ggb99's discretion.
10.3 Unused Funds
If there is evidence of a bonus terms violation at the time of account closure, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited. However, the user's own deposited funds will be returned if no rule violation is proven.
Terms Amendment Policy
ggb99 reserves the right to update these rules and conditions at any time for business needs, legal changes, or service improvements. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the ggb99 website.
For significant changes, ggb99 will endeavour to notify users via email or by posting a notice on the platform. However, continuing to use the platform after changes are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
